When To Drink?

Whatever the day of the week, it’s happy hour somewhere in Barbados!

Friday and Saturday nights are undoubtedly the most popular as the locals relax and mingle with friends, but the bars and restaurants offer happy hours and drinks specials throughout the week catering to visitors and locals alike.

Some venues offer two daily happy hours, including one of our favourites Captain Charlie’s at Coconut Court Hotel – when they ring the bell we’re there!

What To Drink?

Barbados has an amazing selection of local beers such as Banks, Deputy and DreadHop. Of course we are also known as the “Birthplace of Rum” so that particular spirit features prominently at Happy Hour!

Our bartenders and mixologists are skilled and creative, producing amazing cocktails like the Smoked Rum Punch at Red Door Lounge and Mango Chow at Cocktail Kitchen. They may even create one just for you!
