The festival kicks off under the stars on October 19th at Oistins Bay Garden, the heart of delicious local cuisine on the south coast of the island. Visitors and locals flock to this venue, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, for fresh grilled fish and popular local sides such as indulgent macaroni pie and creamy coleslaw. So it’s a fitting venue for the start of our culinary voyage!
